24 Hour Cancelation Policy : Cancelations made within 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. To avoid any fees 48hrs notice is required. Late Policy : I have a 5 minute grace period. If you're running late please let me know as soon as possible. If it's 5 minutes past your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the 100% charge fee will apply. No Call No Show Policy: No call No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file $0 deposit for all appointments. Card is required to book but not charged until day of appointment. 3.5% convenience fee for all card transactions. Cash and Zelle are accepted.
